Idaho was one of the first states where Mercy Housing first owned and managed properties after the organization was founded in 1981.

Today, Mercy Housing Idaho serves nearly 900 people, including seniors, families and people with special needs. Our properties and homeownership programs are located in cities and towns including Boise, Twin Falls and Nampa. Over 90 self-help homes have already been completed in 2008. We offer rental and homeownership opportunities in Idaho, where the average annual income of our residents is $12,875.
