Like Mercy Housing, Bank of America is working to create strong, healthy neighborhoods. In 2013 Bank of America Charitable Foundation awarded Mercy Housing $385,000 to support the development, financing and operation of affordable, program-enriched housing for families, seniors and people with special needs across the country.
Equity Residential shares Mercy Housing's commitment to improving communities and providing quality housing to those not served by the traditional housing market. Equity Residential staff members have donated countless volunteer hours building playgrounds, painting common areas of properties and contributing to resident gift drives. In 2008 the Equity Residential Foundation showed its support with a five-year $500,000 award to support Mercy Housing's mission.
Fannie Mae supports organizations addressing critical housing challenges and has been a long-time partner of Mercy Housing. In 2012 Fannie Mae provided a $300,000 grant to support affordable housing development and neighborhood stabilization efforts.
Through a partnership with the Mercy Loan Fund, Trinity Health annually donates the interest earned on their Mercy Loan Fund investment.
