Do You Want to Own?

Mercy Housing offers homeownership opportunities throughout the Western United States. We may expand these opportunities to other parts of the country, so please check back if we aren't in your state at this time.

Arizona

Mercy Housing also has single-family homeownership opportunities in Arizona. To learn more about these opportunities, call (303) 830-3300 or e-mail azhomeownership@mercyhousing.org.

California

Through our Mutual Self-Help Housing Program, we offer families and individuals the opportunity to become homeowners by helping to build their own homes. Your labor serves as the down payment on your new home.

Colorado

Mercy Housing has several types of homeownership opportunities in Colorado. These opportunities include buying:

  • A single-family home through Mercy Housing Colorado's partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
  • A newly built condominium or single-family home affordable to those making a certain percentage of the area median income
  • A condominium or town home that was formally market-rate and/or for rent, but that Mercy Housing has refurbished and made affordable to those making a certain percentage of the area median income

For more information on any of these opportunities, call (303) 830-3300 or e-mail cohomeownership@mercyhousing.org. You can also go to www.mercyhousingcolorado.org/homeownership to view properties and learn more about the Mercy Housing Colorado Homeownership Program.
