Document Management

Developer Central provides robust and easy document management that supports your work flow. All of your documentation can be uploaded, filed and accessed from anywhere. Hard-to-manage paper filing systems can be eliminated or minimized.

Documents can be filed, accessed and sorted in any of the following three ways: as a required document for a given stage in the real estate development process, at the overall property level (i.e. all documentation for the asset) and by document type across assets.

You can select and filter for a specific type of document cross-property (e.g. property image, closing document or appraisal) Vendor access and the associated privacy controls allow external team members such as spec writers, appraisers and outside counsel to directly upload their work and documents to your online files, eliminating the need for staff to manage multiple iterations of documents via email, fax or paper
