About Villa Maria
Villa Maria is located in Westminster, Colorado. It’s a property offering apartments for income eligible persons ages 62 years and older. Villa Maria has beautifully manicured landscaping, a scenic view of the mountains and the city of Denver. It is remarkably convenient to shopping, doctors’ offices and restaurants; come are within walking distance. There is also a shuttle bus for a minimal cost to take our residents shopping. The building has elevators, easily accessed laundry rooms and a community room. Activities such as cards, music, potluck parties and social programs are provided. In addition, a Resident Service Coordinator is on staff to assist you in linking to community services available in the area. Villa Maria offers a neighborhood feeling that is friendly and vital with a sense of pride and belonging that makes our community a great place to call home.
