About Emerald City Commons

  • Property Type: Family
  • Units: 61

Mercy Housing Northwest has collaborated with Urban Impact to develop a beautiful four-story, mixed-use project called Emerald City Commons Apartments. Many of the residential units are designed to accommodate families as well as our community room that opens to our landscaped outdoor balcony that includes a play area. The three (3) bedroom apartment homes feature washer & dryer hook-ups, while the one (1) and two (2) bedroom apartment homes have two common laundry areas. Mercy Housing and Urban Impact have dedicated staff to support tutoring, health education, adult literacy, employment assistance, and other programming for residents. On the ground floor, Rainier Health and Fitness facility allows the existing 1,200-member service to grow, providing affordable fitness programs for neighbors and residents. The space features a separate 1,700-square-foot group classroom that can be separated with a movable wall to provide more privacy for gym members.
