Mercy Housing Mountain Plains has been selected to participate in Enterprise Community Partners’ Preservation Next Academy Cohort in Colorado. The Cohort includes developers, housing providers, and community land trusts working to preserve long-term affordability in small- and medium-size multifamily properties in Colorado. MHMP is excited to be one of only eight organizations selected to participate in this program, which launched at the end of March.
What is the Academy?
The Academy is a series of training sessions designed to help housing developers and providers build their capacity to acquire, rehabilitate, and preserve affordable, yet unsubsidized, multifamily rental properties. As part of this participation, MHMP expects to receive $50,000 in grant funding to help catalyze our preservation work.
