Sep 24A sneak peek at The Paragon
We were honored to host representatives from Senator Tim Scott’s office, Greenville County, and the Greenville County Redevelopment Authority (GCRA) for a special tour of The Paragon — Mauldin’s newest affordable housing community. Guests had the chance to experience the inviting community spaces and stylish apartments, complete with LED lighting, Energy Star appliances, and windows.

Developed in partnership with Progress Carolina, guests also received a “sneak peek” of the fitness room and community computers, which, along with other onsite programming, will be free for residents. Some of those programs include health and wellness classes, financial and housing stability support, and out-of-school-time activities to enrich academic achievement.

Conveniently located less than a half mile from Woodruff Road, and close to essential services, The Paragon will soon offer 88 apartments for low-income families and formerly unhoused individuals.
Thank you to the representatives from Senator Scott’s office for joining us on the tour. We’d also like to extend a special thank you to our partners for helping to make this vision come to life.
