This modern community features 78 affordable homes and welcomes households earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), helping provide quality housing opportunities for individuals and families with a range of income levels. 20 homes are set aside for No Place Like Home Referrals with rent at 30% of income and no minimum income.

Does Mercy Housing provide emergency housing or temporary housing?
Mercy Housing provides permanent housing, and does not offer emergency or temporary housing.
How do I apply for housing?
Each Mercy Housing property has its own leasing office and its own application process. If you or your family would like to rent an apartment at one of our communities, please call the property directly.
