About Luca
Luca (formerly Sunnydale 9) will deliver 95 thoughtfully designed apartment homes supported by 73 non-stacker parking spaces within a garage. The community will feature two outdoor courtyards, along with a shared lounge and kitchen, creating a warm and welcoming place to call home. Consistent with prior phases, 75% of Luca’s apartments are reserved for current Sunnydale households, while the remaining 25% will be affordable to households earning up to 60% of the area median income. Unit types will include one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes.
Now accepting applications! Application period open from Thursday 10/01/2026 to Thursday 10/22/026. All applications must be submitted no later than 5:00PM on 10/22/26, NO EXCEPTIONS!
The virtual Lottery will be held Thursday November 12, 2026 at 11:00AM and lottery results posted on housing.sf.gov.
