Jun 15The Paragon Grand Opening
This spring brought the addition of new affordable housing to the Greenville area.
The Paragon Apartments in Mauldin, SC, celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on March 26. Sited on 4.7 acres conveniently located near shopping, dining, and other services, this new development provides 88 units, including one-, two, and three-bedroom apartments for families earning 20% to 80% of the area median income (AMI).
Ceremony speakers included Mauldin Mayor Terry Merritt, Mercy Housing Southeast Board Chair, Tia McCoy, and President James Alexander, along with representatives from the Greenville County Redevelopment Agency.
Following the ceremony, the building was opened to public for tours and a reception in the large and welcoming community room.
