Waitlist Opening May 7 for 205 Jones Street Apartments on a First Come First Served Basis!
205 Jones is a community comprised of 50 studio apartments for low – income households in San Francisco. Originally built in the 1920s and located in the Uptown Tenderloin Historic District, Mercy Housing acquired and rehabbed the 6-story building in 1995. With funding from the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development along with tax credits, 205 Jones received seismic upgrades and updated finishes while each unit was outfitted with individual meters and new kitchens. The efficiently designed property was planned to include shared onsite resident services coordinator to provide programming and connect residents to resources including a food pantry and community celebrations.
