About El Dorado Haven
Pre-Applications period for the lottery ended 1p.m., May 29, 2026. Applications submitted after this time will be added to the wait list in the order received.
This new multifamily housing community will include 65 affordable rental apartments for families, with 15 homes reserved for veterans and formerly homeless individuals. The community will include 20 one-bedroom, 27 two-bedroom, and 18 three-bedroom apartments with rents affordable to households with incomes ranging from 20%* to 60% of the Area Median Income. *20% AMI units are by referral only.
El Dorado Haven is expected to open its doors in summer 2026. The development was designed by Sacramento-based architecture firm Anders and Falltrick Architects and constructed by respected contractor Broward Builders, Inc.

The Pre‑Application period begins at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Pre‑Applications may be obtained in person at our temporary leasing office located at White Rock Village, 2200 Valley View Parkway, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762, by request by phone at 530.298.2892, by email at ElDoHaven@mercyhousing.org or below as a downloadable pdf.
The Pre-Application period is now closed. The lottery was held at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 4, with results published below. Applications are still being accepted on a first come, first served basis.
