Of the 48 apartments there are eight (8) apartments reserved for households that meet the requirements of the project-based voucher (PBV) program of the Roseville Housing Authority. All eight (8) of these apartments are available only by referral. The remaining apartments are available to members of the general public. All households will have to meet income and occupancy restrictions as well as other eligibility criteria. Households must be under 30%, 40%, 50% or 60% of Area Median Income.
