On July 19, St. Mary Tower will be having its grand reopening event to celebrate the conclusion of 14 months of construction. This 13-story concrete building has 146 homes for seniors 62 years of age and over. Mercy Housing acquired the building from Dignity Health in 2016 and began construction that November.
