Meet the Spirit of Mercy Awardee
Deborah Burkart is Managing Director of Supportive Housing at National Equity Fund (NEF). Since 1992, she has led underwriting for supportive and assisted living investments, advancing projects nationwide. She secured $1 billion for veteran housing, founded Bring Them HOMES, and serves on boards. She holds degrees from Duke and UNC.
