Mercy Housing Northwest - Idaho

In 1982, Mercy Housing established its first regional housing development office in Idaho. Mercy Housing's work in this state continues to grow and Idaho is now part of our Northwest regional office which also includes our work in Washington state.

For more than 30 years Mercy Housing has been providing affordable housing services to the communities of Idaho. In that course of time, we have developed and currently manage 514 units and serve over 683 adults and 250 children who lack the economic resources to afford decent, safe and quality housing opportunities at below market rates.

Resident Services

The overarching goals of Mercy Housing’s service-enriched housing model are to help families achieve stability and then to increase that stability. These goals directly support our mission to create stable, vibrant and healthy communities. We accomplish these goals through a dedicated and highly-motivated staff, extensive community partnerships, a network of caring volunteers and generous community support.
