About Wentworth Commons
Wentworth Commons is a 65,800 square foot, a four-story building serving recently homeless families and individuals in the Roseland neighborhood of Chicago. Apartments range in size from studios to four-bedroom units and are blended throughout the building to create a sense of community. Wentworth Commons is the first multi-unit residential building to receive LEED certification in the Midwest for sustainable, green design that promotes a healthier living and working environment. The property was also honored with a sustainability award from the American Institute of Architects in Chicago.
