About Western Manor
Mercy Western Manor, located in Lincoln, Nebraska, features 82 units of housing for low-income families. The property includes one-bedroom and two-bedroom units located in four two and a half story brick buildings. The property was originally built in 1974. Mercy Housing acquired the property in 1995 and in 2011, the property underwent an extensive rehabilitation including the renovation of all of the units, the addition of a new community center and a community vegetable garden.
