About Columbia Heights Apartments

Located near schools, parks, retail, and medical care, Columbia Heights Apartments will feature five, three-story apartment buildings with parking. Half of the one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments will be reserved for households earning up to 30% of area median income and the other half will be reserved for households earning up to 50% of area median income.
Residents of Columbia Heights will enjoy a spacious community room with a kitchen and computer center, an outdoor community space with benches, and a playground. In addition, onsite resident services will be available, offering families access to opportunities and new skills.
