About Othello West
Located in the vibrant Othello neighborhood, Mercy Othello Plaza is our largest community in Southeast Seattle. The building will provide 108 affordable apartments, over half of which will be home to families. Mercy Housing Northwest’s headquarters will be housed on the ground floor and a large community center and courtyard will be home to resident services programming and other community activities. The building will meet BuiltSmart and Evergreen Sustainable standards and include on-site stormwater retention and photovoltaic solar panels.
Large landscaped courtyard with seating and playground, computer labs, lounges, and bike storage available to residents. Spacious units with large windows, north-south orientation, and terrific territorial views. On-site secured parking garage. Resident services programming will be offered in the expansive community center to promote educational and job opportunities, healthy living, and economic stability.
