Pre-leasing to start August 24, 2026

The pre-leasing process will begin next week on Monday, August 24, 2026. Applications can be obtained via emailing Craneslanding@mercyhousing.org, or in person at our temporary leasing office located at Decatur Place Apartments, 1155 Decatur St., Denver, CO 80204, (North Entrance). Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis via in-person, mail, or email.
