Ardenaire Apartments is one of Mercy Housing’s thoughtfully designed supportive housing communities in Sacramento, offering 53 high-quality apartment homes for individuals. Additionally, this property reserves 19 units of housing for individuals with disabilities who have experienced chronic homelessness.
The property also features on-site office space for social workers and service providers, ensuring residents have convenient access to support. Comprehensive resident services are delivered through a collaborative partnership between Mercy Housing, the Sacramento Department of Health & Human Services – Division of Mental Health, and Turning Point Community Programs, creating a stable, supportive environment that empowers residents to thrive.
