Ardenaire Apartments is one of Mercy Housing’s thoughtfully designed supportive housing communities in Sacramento, offering 53 high-quality apartment homes for individuals. Additionally, this property reserves 19 units of housing for individuals with disabilities who have experienced chronic homelessness, by referral Turning Point Community.
The property also features on-site office space for social workers and service providers, ensuring residents have convenient access to support. Comprehensive resident services are delivered through a collaborative partnership between Mercy Housing, the Sacramento Department of Health & Human Services – Division of Mental Health, and Turning Point Community Programs, creating a stable, supportive environment that empowers residents to thrive.
