Mercy Housing provides loans to community developers through the Mercy Loan Fund, which has loaned $301 million that has been leveraged into $1.8 billion of affordable housing financing and 23,700 homes for 60,600 people. Mercy Housing Management Group, our professional property management division, provides services to maintain the quality of our properties and currently manages more than 22,255 units at 325 properties throughout the country. Our combined impact, with the help of our partners, is giving hundreds of thousands of people help and hope across the United States.
